Common questions
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. A free account needs only an email address, and it includes the placement assessment, daily practice and quiz sessions, streaks and badges.
- Who handles payments?
- When Pro opens, payments are handled by Paddle, our payment partner. We never see or store your card number.
- Can I cancel a monthly plan?
- Yes, any time in Settings, Billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Do you have promo codes?
- Sometimes. If you have one, redeem it here. It adds Pro time to your account.
